In 2008, we established ISSI Agrisystem LLC, an agricultural production corporation, to contribute to the revitalization of the local community by reutilizing fallow and abandoned rice paddies that cannot be cultivated due to the aging of the farmers and lack of successors. With the help of local employees with farming experience, the company is cultivating farmland, and during the busy farming season, it recruits part-time workers from the local community to harvest the crops.
