Isshi Co., Ltd. has its origins in the manufacture of critical safety components for automobiles and has continued to grow together with our customers for more than 90 years.

Throughout this history, we have continued to pursue the development of high-quality, high-precision products alongside the growth of the automotive and construction machinery industries. Today, we have earned the strong trust of many customers, including major automobile manufacturers, automotive parts manufacturers, and construction machinery manufacturers.

In recent years, the mobility industry has entered a period of major transformation, driven by electrification, automation, and the use of AI. We view these changes as new opportunities for growth and have been working to advance technological innovation and strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, including through the establishment of Kyoto Labo to enhance our research and development functions.

We have also welcomed Fujino Kogyo Co., Ltd. and S-Techno Co., Ltd., manufacturers and distributors of industrial machinery and equipment holding patents in five countries as well as European patents, into our group. By expanding our business fields and technological foundation, and by establishing Ichishi Group Holdings Co., Ltd. in April 2026, we have launched a new group management structure. By bringing together the strengths of each company, we aim to become a corporate group capable of delivering greater value to our customers.

Furthermore, as part of our commitment to fulfilling our social responsibilities as a company, we are actively promoting SDGs-oriented management and initiatives toward carbon neutrality. Through our business activities, we will contribute to local communities and the environment and continue to take on challenges toward the realization of a sustainable society.
