Q. What led you to join the company?

A. My previous role primarily involved completing assigned tasks. I applied because I felt joining this company would allow me to take on a wider range of responsibilities, challenging myself and providing an environment conducive to my personal growth. Additionally, the company’s over 90-year history, long-standing track record, and stable management foundation offered a reassuring work environment, which was a significant draw.

Q. Please tell me about the job responsibilities.

A. I am currently assigned to the Development Department, where I primarily use CAE analysis to support the design of cold forging processes and drive process improvements. Specifically, I perform data analysis and simulations aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting the construction of efficient, high-quality production lines. I am also responsible for creating and revising work instructions and procedures, contributing to improved operational efficiency and safety management on the shop floor.

　　　　　　　　

Q. Please tell me how you spend your days off.

A. On my days off, I enjoy various things depending on my mood. Some days I challenge myself with elaborate cooking, other times I watch my favorite videos on YouTube, and sometimes I start gaming in the morning and before I know it, it’s nighttime. This carefree time is the best way to refresh myself.
