Development Division

I am in charge of process design of the forging process using CAE (forging simulation) and the machining process for precision finishing, as well as the creation and introduction of process drawings that are easy for the manufacturing site to use.

Production Technology Division

We are responsible for the introduction, fabrication and improvement of processes, tools and special equipment to improve quality and productivity.

This department combines ISSI corporation’s mainstay forging and precision machining processes to manufacture many products that satisfy the quality, delivery, and price requirements of our customers. In addition, the department carries out comprehensive logistics and production management, not only within the company but also in cooperation with partner companies.

Forging Section

I am in charge of the forging process, which quickly produces product shapes with high quality using a large former that applies a load of several hundred tons to the material and deforms it as per the die.

machining Section

We are in charge of the machining process to finish products to micron-level precision using CNC lathes, machining centers, tapping machines, press machines, and other processing equipment.

Production Control Section

This department is responsible for planning production and purchasing of materials and jigs to realize the quantity and delivery date of products ordered by customers, and for the integrated management and control of the process from materials to shipping.

Quality is the lifeblood of a manufacturing company. In our department, we place the utmost importance on the quality of ISSI corporation’s products and are continuously improving it.

Quality Control Division

We verify whether product quality meets standards and support the maintenance and improvement of quality. We analyze current conditions based on various measurement results and utilize them to improve processes.

Quality Assurance Division

We lead ISO9001, the international standard for quality, to create a system that achieves quality and delivery on time. We develop quality information required by customers internally and investigate and address the causes of defects when they occur.

The department takes on tasks other than manufacturing to run the company.
In addition to accounting, finance, general affairs, and human resources, the company promotes IT within the company and works to improve the workplace environment.

Responsible for building and managing internal IT-related infrastructure and software.

Agri group

We produce and sell paddy rice and various vegetables in Sogabe-cho, Kameoka City in cooperation with ISSI corporation Agrisystem LLC, a qualified agricultural land-owning corporation.
