Basic Policy

As a corporate citizen, we will contribute to the preservation and improvement of the global environment in order to realize a more prosperous, recycling-oriented society, while constantly striving to coexist in harmony with the local community and the nature surrounding the community.
As specific activities to achieve this, we will strive to develop environmentally friendly products and technologies, promote energy conservation, encourage recycling, reduce waste, protect biodiversity and ecosystems, and respond to climate change as a means of environmental protection. We also strive to protect the environment by improving the environmental impact on local communities and residents.

Activity Guidelines

1. Compliance with environmental laws and regulations
   We comply with laws, regulations, ordinances, agreements, stakeholder requirements, and our environmental management regulations for environmental protection.
2. Promote resource and energy conservation activities
   We will conduct environmental impact assessments in accordance with the procedures specified in the “Environmental Manual” and promote the reduction of environmental impact, prevention of environmental pollution, and effective use of resources and energy.
3. Improvement of environmental impact on local communities and residents
   In order to fulfill our corporate social responsibility, we will strive to improve the environmental impact generated by our main business activities, such as high-precision plastic forming by our forging equipment and high-precision machining by our machinery equipment, to protect the environment and integrate with the local community and residents.
4. Biodiversity and ecosystem protection
   We strive to protect biodiversity and ecosystems through the effective use of resources and the management of environmentally hazardous substances.
5. Addressing climate change as environmental protection
   We are committed to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by providing components for energy-efficient products, thereby addressing issues that contribute to climate change.
6. Responding to emergencies
   We will strive to respond to emergency situations to prevent environmental accidents in our business activities and environmental impact outside the company caused by natural threats such as earthquakes and typhoons.
7. Chemical substances contained in products
   In order to comply with environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH, we have established a chemical substance database to manage materials and sub-materials used in our company.
8. Continuous promotion of environmental improvement
   To ensure the implementation of this basic policy and activity guidelines, we will clarify the objectives of our activities for each department, set specific environmental improvement targets based on those objectives, actively engage in activities to realize those targets, evaluate the results, and link them to continuous improvement.
