1954 Company name changed to Isshi Rasen Co.
1960 Introduced a nut former from West Germany and started mass production of nuts by cold heading.
1962 Introduced nut former machine manufactured by National Corporation in the United States.
1968 Introduced a full-scale domestically produced nut former machine jointly developed with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.
1970 Introduced nut former machine manufactured by West German National Kaiser.
1976 Introduced a hot former machine manufactured by Nedschloff in the Netherlands and started mass production of hot forged parts.
1980 Mass production of cold heading parts for automobiles begins with the introduction of the Parts Former.
1982 50th anniversary of founding
1985 Introduced a continuous quenching and tempering furnace to bring heat treatment in-house.
1989 AMP20 hot former machine manufactured by Hatebur of Switzerland is introduced.
