The company has one full-time employee and five employees on loan from the Company, and with the cooperation of employees who are local and have farming experience, the company is cultivating the farmland and recruiting part-time workers from the local community to harvest the crops during the busy farming season.\nAs of January 2025, we are growing kyoyasai (Kyoto vegetables) and paddy rice on a 3.3 ha plot.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/section>\n\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"c-container--s p-responsibility__contents\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"c-ttl-04\">Cooperation with high school and technical college internships.<br class=\"u-hidden-ltSP\">Young people who aspire to become craftspeople experience the field at ISSI corporation.<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"u-col--2 c-col-pict-text\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"c-text-box col-right\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We regularly accept internship students.
