I applied because I felt joining this company would allow me to take on a wider range of responsibilities, challenging myself and providing an environment conducive to my personal growth.\nAdditionally, the company&#8217;s over 90-year history, long-standing track record, and stable management foundation offered a reassuring work environment, which was a significant draw.<\/p>\n                <br>\n\t        <p><strong>Q. Please tell me about the job responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t<p class=\"u-mt-content-20\">A. I am currently assigned to the Development Department, where I primarily use CAE analysis to support the design of cold forging processes and drive process improvements. Specifically, I perform data analysis and simulations aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting the construction of efficient, high-quality production lines. I am also responsible for creating and revising work instructions and procedures, contributing to improved operational efficiency and safety management on the shop floor.<\/p>\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000 <br>\n\t\t<p><strong>Q. Please tell me how you spend your days off.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t<p class=\"u-mt-content-20\">A. On my days off, I enjoy various things depending on my mood. Some days I challenge myself with elaborate cooking, other times I watch my favorite videos on YouTube, and sometimes I start gaming in the morning and before I know it, it&#8217;s nighttime.\nThis carefree time is the best way to refresh myself.<\/p>\n                <br>\n\t        <p><strong>Q. Please share a message for those who are considering changing jobs or looking for employment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t<p class=\"u-mt-content-20\">A. This is a company that offers tremendous freedom for those who love taking on new challenges and want to test ideas constantly.
