Please tell me about the job responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t<p class=\"u-mt-content-20\">A. I belong to the General Affairs Department and am primarily responsible for attendance management and tasks related to trainees. For attendance management, I verify work status including clock-ins, clock-outs, and leave. For trainee-related tasks, I prepare necessary documents, handle procedures, and provide support for their daily lives. Additionally, I handle phone calls, greet visitors, and perform miscellaneous duties to ensure the smooth operation of all employees&#8217; work.<\/p>\n\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000\u3000<br>\n\t        <p><strong>Q.
